You may wonder what should you do first, send us a request and then what will happen? What is the next step after you deposit the money? Here is the anwers by the basic step as following:

Step 1: Send us a request: You can go to Contact Us to fill in the online form or send us an email to sales@travelsense.asia. We will get back to you asap or latest at 24h after receiving your request. Or you can just choose the tour you like, put in your cart and we will get back to you to confirm.

Step 2: Book the tour: After sorting out the itinerary with our travel consultants, all you need to do is confirm the tour. We will get back to you after reserving all services in a day or two if it is a long itinerary, or you will have the confirmation after a few hours.

Step 3: Deposit: A small amount of deposit is required to hold the booking. The rest of the invoice can be paid once you are in Vietnam or before you leave the country.

Step 4: Receive Vouchers: A final document will be sent to you including details of what you have booked.
