Job Description:

• Contact/seek for Online Clients and/or Travel Agent
• Make proposal/quotation for clients’ enquiry.
• Advise the best travel solutions for clients.
• Take care clients before, during and after their trips.
• Strongly understand company’s products and culture to suggest unique itineraries for clients.
• Strive to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries.
• Suggest idea to improve customer service for company.
• Working with suppliers to get the best deal
• Other tasks as assigned.

2. Tour Operators

Number candidates: 02

Job Description:

• Reserve services for guests (such as Hotel/ Transportation/ meals…)
• Manage service’s quality
• On tour customer support and follow up on customer satisfaction
• Operate and manage tours
• Set up relation and negotiate price quote with suppliers
• Building product and update website.
• Other tasks as assigned.
