JOB DESCRIPTION

o B2C CONSULTANT: 3 CANDIDATES
– Communicating with DIRECT clients, meeting their demands and requirements via email, phone
– Making proposal/quotation for clients’ enquiry
– Advising the best travel solutions (program, activities, accommodation etc.) for clients
– Understanding deeply company’s products and culture to suggest unique itinerary for clients
– Strive to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries
– Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the quality of service
– Attending team meeting and discussing to improve the performance of team

o B2B CONSULTANT: 3 CANDIDATES
– Researching market information
– Approaching and communicating with Travel Agents, understand their demands and propose the best product solution for Travel Agents.
– Interacting and making new client account.
– Making appointments during Events.
– Making proposal/quotation for clients’ enquiry
– Understanding deeply company’s products and culture to suggest the most suitable products for Travel Agents.
– Striving to achieve the highest ratio of conversions vs enquiries
– Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and to ensure the quality of service

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o Barchelor’s Degree in English, Tourism or relevant majors
o Male/Female at the age of 22 – 27
o Excellent spoken and written in English
o Good at both verbal and non-verbal communication
o Customer care skills
o Experience in tourism/hospitality industry
o Knowledge about destinations in Vietnam is a must and Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar is a bonus
o Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o Team work and individual work under high pressure
o Good attitude, well organized, patience
