The dreamlike Trang An in northern Vietnam, renowned for its boat cave tours, officially receives UNESCO mixed natural and cultural heritage title on Friday.
The landscape complex has become the first site in Vietnam winning this recognition.
A three-day celebration, starting Friday, will include a presentation ceremony at the Bai Dinh Pagoda and an international seminar on heritage preservation.
