DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL
Welcome to Vietnam: after long time on airplane, you will reach Vietnam – the S-shaped land, where 54 different ethnic minorities inhabited.

DAY 2: HANOI CITY TOUR/THE PAST IN THE PRESENT
In the morning
- At 08:30, our guide and driver will meet you at your hotel then you start your day to discover Hanoi City
- Firstly, you will pay a visit to Ho Chi Minh mausoleum, is a building to commemorate the merits of Ho Chi Minh Uncle – a great leader of Vietnam, and the surrounding sites of One Pillar Pagoda and his ancient house.
- After 2 hours, you will go to the next site of the Temple of Literature, which is the first University of Vietnam and dedicated to Confucius (Khong Tu).
In the afternoon
- After saving energy with local lunch, you will leave for the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which focuses on the 54 officially recognized ethnic groups in Vietnam.
- It is estimated to be 2 hours at the museum then you will be transferred back to the old quarter and visit the Hoan Kiem Lake
- Finally, you will sit in front of Cyclo to move around the Old Quarter and experience the local life in 45 minutes before coming back your hotel.

- Museum of Ethnology will close on Monday so Hoa Lo prison will be the alternative attraction

DAY 3: HANOI – HOA LU – TRANG AN/HALONG BAY ON LAND
In the morning
- At 08:00, after enjoying delicious breakfast at your hotel, you will leave Hanoi for Ninh Binh -our destination today, which is about 1 hour and a half driving to the South.
- The first visit in this legend area is Hoa Lu, the capital of Dai Co Viet (an old name of Vietnam). Being the capital of the first fundamental Government of Vietnam, Hoa Lu witnessed many important historical events: the union of Vietnam after “12 Lords Rebellion”, the war with the Song dynasty, the defense against the ancient Cambodian, and the formation of Hanoi nowadays.

- After having lunch, you will take a sampan on river through the rice paddies to the grottoes of the sacred Trang An Caves. Enormous limestone karsts jut out from the green rice fields giving rise to this place’s other name, “Halong Bay on land”.

- Finishing the boat trip, you will be transferred to your hotel in Ninh Binh for check in

DAY 4: NINH BINH – HALONG/A NIGHT ON A PEACEFUL BAY
In the morning
- At 08:00, our driver with private car will pick you up and transfer you to Halong bay, which takes you around 4 hours through small villages with beautiful fields of rice and vegetable.
- Arriving in the habour, board the cruise and have lunch in the restaurant
In the afternoon
- 12:15 - 12:30: Embark to Aphrodite Vessel. Check-in to cabin
- 12:45 – 13:00: Proceed to the dining room for general information and safety briefing (3rd deck)
- 13:00 - 14:30: Lunch is served in the dining room
- 14:45 - 16:00: Visit Sung Sot cave for hiking and exploring the stalactite and stalagmite formation with 720 steps. Rubber shoes and sandals are highly recommended
- 16:15 - 17:15: Visit Titop island for hiking and swimming (Towels are provided)
- 17:45 - 18:30: Cooking demonstration on the sundeck/dining room
In the evening
- 19:30 - 21:00: Dinner is served in the dining room
- 21:00: Onward Squid fishing at the reception or relaxing in the cabin.

DAY 5: HA LONG BAY – HANOI – FLY TO DANANG/FLAVOR OF THE BAY
In the morning
- 06:15 - 6:45: Start your day with Tai Chi class on the sundeck (optional)
- 06:45 - 07:30: Light breakfast is served in the dining room
- 07:30 - 08:30: Visit Luon cave by kayaking or bamboo boat. For kayaking, shorts or swimming suits are recommended
- 09:00 - 09:30: Regular check-out time (If you have any heavy luggage, leave it in front of your cabin and settle your bills at the reception counter 1st deck)
- 09:30: Onwards Full breakfast is served while the cruise goes back to the main port
- 10:45 - 11:00: Disembark Aphrodite Vessel and you will be transferred directly to Noi Bai airport in Hanoi for your connecting flight to Danang
In the afternoon
- On your arrival in Danang airport, you will be warmly welcomed b your guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in Hoi An for check in

DAY 6: HOI AN WALKING TOUR – TRA QUE VILLAGE/FARMING AS THE LOCALS
In the morning
- At 08:30, after enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you start riding your bicycle to Tra Que village (private car will be used if you cannot ride a bike)
- You firstly will be introduced about the history of the village, the cultivation of the vegetables as well as discovering about the use of vegetables in traditional Vietnamese medicine.
- Then you will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake.
Tra Que Village
- Continue doing activities such as raking, sowing, watering greens, picking greens and many more gardening activities before spending the rest of the morning working the land in the time honoured way
- After finishing all the activities, you will take a break and prepare lunch with a local family.
- You will have lunch in local house with many local delicacies including Tam Huu spring roll, Banh xeo or the local pancake of the people from the middle region
In the afternoon
- At around 15:00, riding back to Hoi An town and you will start discovering this World Heritage site.
- You will be introduced about many delights of Hoi An. From expert dressmakers and tailors, who will craft a complete outfit for you in a couple of days, to a dawn photo trip along the river or from a fun visit to Hoi An Local Market then following small alleys to see the Chinese Assembly Hall, the famous Japanese Covered Bridge and Tan Ky Ancient House and the China Town in the other side of the canal, you’ll find yourself miss that one-of-a-kind port town in every single road of your ahead travel.

DAY 9: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS/THE CITY’S REMNANTS
In the morning
- At 08:00, you will be met up by our guide at the lobby of the hotel after you have breakfast, then transferred to Cu Chi tunnels.
- Cu Chi tunnels are famed for its 200-kilometre-long tunnels, an incredible underground network built by Vietcong during the Vietnam war. By visiting this site, you will have a chance to look back to the War time of Vietnam and see how we fight the invaders
- After spending time visiting these long tunnels, you will go to the local restaurant for lunch

In the afternoon
- After saving with lunch of local foods, you will get back to Ho Chi Minh and visit the highlights of the city
- Firstly, you will visit The Reunification Palace, whose architecture is a blend of traditional ritual and modern architecture, typical of the 60s’.
- Next, you will walk a short distance to The Central Post Office, which is one of the oldest buildings in Ho Chi Minh. Being a mixture of Gothic, Renaissance and French influences, this building fascinates tourists by its typical colonial French features, from exterior to interior decorations.

- Then, the last attraction is Notre Dame Cathedral. The cathedral is considered the symbol of this dynamic city, is located in the downtown of Ho Chi Minh and reaches a height of up to 60 meters.
- If time allows, you can pay a visit to Ben Thanh market, which is one of the biggest wholesales market of the city.
- At around 17:00, you will be transferred back to your hotel and have your own free time afterward

DAY 10: HO CHI MINH – CAI LAY/TASTE OF MEKONG RIVER
In the morning
At 08:00, after having breakfast at your hotel, you will leave for Cai Lay – a new destination of Mekong Delta, which takes you around 2.5 hours driving by private car.
- This is ecological tour that you have chances to explore culture and life of Southern residents such as drinking honey tea, watching a fighting fish show – one of relaxing way of residents in Southern.
- You can take a try to make & bake a traditional cake by yourself following the introduction. You also will see how look our Southern cannels and the processing of turning from canal water to fresh water and taking sampan to see an endless field both sides.
- Then you will come back to local house to enjoy these cakes that you make by yourself while enjoying our traditional music.
- Returning the wharf on sampan while seeing the romantic picture of Southern countryside. You will be introduced about “Von’’, “Vo” and “Cau Khi” that are very popular there.
- At noon time, you will have lunch with home made food

- After lunch, you will watch pounding rice, rice husk and rice floor fan or walk around in a temple on a small islet will give you glimpse back at our past scene.

DAY 11: CAI RANG MARKET – FLY TO PHU QUOC/EXPERIENCE FLOATING MARKET
In the morning
- At 07:00 a.m in the early morning, you will start from Ninh Kieu boat quay, where you cruise along the small and picturesque canels and stop to see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats).
- You then make a stop to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong canals. You continue walking through the village to visit a rice husking mill and a rice/noodle shop, where we observe how it is made
- Coming back to your hotel to check out then you will be transferred to Can Tho airport for your connecting flight to Phu Quoc
